Decent restaurant with a great ambience and art. Food was great and the portion size was also satisfying. I got a mini breakfast platter which is perfect for 1 person if you want to taste more than 2 dishes.
I have a great love for dosa places, and there are a couple of things that I loved about this place too.
Let me start with service: we received the kindest, most welcoming service of our lives, people who work here are all attentive and helpful, all of which we really appreciated.
The food came fast and this is the only place we have ever found where they understood the request to bring the idli first, then dosas later.
However…
The idly was a bit rubbery, the wads very small and soaked in oil.
We prefer a crunchy dosa, and crunchiness level was not selectable, even though we asked for it.
The flavours of the chutneys we rather simple. The coconut chutney- my personal favourite- lacked the sweetness, and was overpowered by the green chilly in it. Same goes for the other chutneys in general.
The sambar was the best we probably ever had. Nuttiness and creamy texture at the same time from the dal, perfect spice level and salt level.
We had a cheese and a masala dosa, and while everything else was always on the spicier side, the masala was almost completely bland. It lacked flavour.
While overall our experience was not bad, I doubt we will go back because the food is not to our taste.

If you want me to have authentic South Indian dish at amazing prices along with divine atmosphere. Visit this at Ilford. I felt like having prasadam in temple premises. The morning bhajans played at restaurant gave me soothing feeling which can only be felt and cant be explained.
Amazing experience. We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday🥳🎉 at Yummy Dosa restaurant. Staff were very welcoming and cooperative..Food was tasty and the space was very accomodating. Specially the manager Mr.Venkat was very polite, went extra mile in arranging evrything for us 😍. A big shout out to evry1 for the great experience we had.

Really enjoyable South Asian cuisine...some really tasty dishes but also afew that didn't pack the punch such as the idly or bhel puri...but overall a great dining experience!

My boyfriend and I celebrated Valentine’s Day at Yummy Dosa in Ilford, and it was a truly memorable experience. Tasty food and warm service by tejasree who has been very kind and available even on a busy Saturday night. Highly recommended if you are a dosa lover.

I love the way the restaurant focuses on the customer needs and making sure they have a great experience with utmost care and quality… i have visited this place almost 4times in a row just because the restaurant offering good quality food and the taste is just mouthwatering… I have been trying many different restaurants for Indian cuisine but this place just rocks…. Not to defend others but this place justifies the price and taste with quality as well, also to mention the delivery service had a bit issue but the person named venkat has been so helpful and friendly to make sure my experience doesn’t go unnoticed and bad… the way he spoke and dealt with the situation was outstanding… love people respecting the customers needs and protecting the value of the brand! Kudos to the management and team.. wish to see them grow biggest 🤩🤩🤩lots of love and respect 😍🥰
We stayed in Ilford for a few days and went to this restaurant a few times during our stay. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is great and the prices are reasonable for London.

Oh my goodness! Went for a walk in Wanstead Park and unexpectedly found ourselves in Ilford. Was not expecting to eat such good food! We went for the masala dosa and tiffin box. The value for money was incredible. Would make the trip to Ilford again just for Yummy Dosa!

I would like to tell that today I had delicious food,friendly service and makes me memorable atmosphere.when it’s come to dining mostly I like Dosa and halwa.
Easy to get a table, lots of service staff on hand. One of the few places I've been where I never once had to call someone over as someone will always be within the vicinity and will usually be over before you begin to call them. Food wise the place is 100% pure vegetarian. It's got an expansive menu but I would suggest trying more of their specialty cuisine which is the south Indian dishes rather than the indo Chinese dishes. I was blown away by how deliciously they cook their rice dishes. They also have good prices and discounts if you are a returning customer with the receipt from last visit. I would recommend and I would come back

We had high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The Gobi 65, which was the first dish served, was cold and seemed like it had been prepared well in advance. When we raised this with the staff, they initially argued rather than acknowledging the issue, though they did eventually agree to replace it. The second serving was hot, proving our point but the taste was underwhelming
For mains, we ordered Kadai Paneer and Vegetable Kolhapuri. The Kolhapuri was drenched in oil, making it practically inedible. The butter naan also hardened very quickly, which added to the disappointment

Service is really amazing. Food quality is ok. The Dosa is not like Back home to much oil and not roast and chutneys is not at all special and taste and sambar is also not nice . Puri is also too much oil. Veg fried rice only has rice and tasting salt no Vegetables. Pannier 65 is nice . They have to increase taste. People who all are working very nice. And quantity is also not enough. Food Quality is good . Clean and nice place. DEFINITELY THEY HAVE TO LOOK AFTER THAIR FOOD TASTE. Maybe be in week ends they need to increase staff .

One of the best service we had .today at yummy dosa . 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer service and food is top notch. I would strongly recommend to visit once. Far far better then Big brand like Sarvana Bhawan . I would never go back Sarvana Bhawan again . I visit yummy dosa first time and this will be on favourite list. Each and every staff visited our table to ask if we need any thing not once infact 10 times. Keerthana was best .

Me and my husband visited this place for our valentine day celebration and they have great food specially dosa. Staff is also very friendly and nice. Divya she is very kind and friendly we like her service and nature.
I ordered masala dosa which was well made and the condiments were yummy. The staff was polite. I was welcomed by Divya. The restaurant ambience is good. The only thing is that waiters shall proactively top up the condiments in the diner's plate if those run low. Delightful dining experience so I recommend this family restaurant.

It was our first time to this restaurant and to my surprise it turned out to be one of the best one. Firstly, We just ordered podi masala just to see how it tastes and then tejasri was really nice and kind she gave me tk taste special sambar and it was excellent we ordered that and took parcel as well. The food is so fresh that you can feel while eating. I will give 10/10 to the food specially their thali sambar and kurma and 10/10 to tejasri service and hosting. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Me and few friends had madras thali and a few indo Chinese dishes. Food was very authentic. Ambience was good. The service was very good, people frequently checking what you want. Special mention about Divya who was very friendly and ensured we enjoyed our lunch.

I really liked there food and ordered few times but today I have missing items in my order I complained in uber eats but then I started eating my food to realise that's stale food which is not edible. If you doesn't have food just keep your app off-line stop sending stale food and risk our health please

Loved coming here. I live an hour away from my home, ive travelled 1 and half hour to eat from here and never disappoints everytime. Their Masala dosa is amazing. Quick friendly staff and delicious fresh food all the time. SUPERB 👌
Excellent food and service. If you are visiting the shop look out for Divya. She is exemplary at customer service. The way she managed our group of 14 people was excellent and demonstrated quick thinking and customer centricity; starting from arranging the tables to taking the orders in a very organized manner.

Food was awesome better than any other branded restaurants... Delicious and actually yummmy do the name of the restaurants is really that they are following. The service was very good and the people are kind and helpful.
I have always appreciated the excellent service provided in the mornings and afternoons at Yummy Dosa Ilford restaurant. However, my experience during dinner was disappointing. When I visited tonight and inquired about combos, the staff did not provide helpful suggestions, unlike the attentive service I’ve experienced during other times of the day.
To make matters worse, there was no water on my table when I started my meal. Despite asking for water, none was provided even after I finished my meal and made my payment. This lack of attention during dinner service leaves me questioning the consistency of service at Yummy Disa during the evening.

Yummy Dosa is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! The dosas here are absolutely delicious.

Yummy dosa resturant has to think of improving their service delay, food quality , serving pattern ie..we have to ask for everything, food were served without plates ,cutlery, glass was there without water mug. Moreover, there was considerable delay in getting these on on table.

We’re regulars here, and while the owners did ask me to write this review, I promise it’s completely honest. The prices are really affordable, and the portions are generous, so it’s great value for money.
We started with the Paneer 65 and Gobi 65, and wow, both were bursting with flavour. For the mains, we noticed something unique on the menu: a Spinach Masala Dosa. We’d never seen that before, and it did not disappoint!
Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, as always. This place really knows how to deliver great food and great service.

Went around lunchtime on a weekday. Not many people inside the restaurant. We were pleasantly greeted and given a table. Ordered the food, and it took over 25 mins to arrive. So the service times could be improved. The staff were courteous and all but again I felt the service could be improved. Wanted extra chutney but by the time staff got around to it. I finished my meal. Finally talking about the food, it really tasted good and the pricing was great as well. So overall we enjoyed and will go back another time to try their extensive menu.

A delightful experience in Ilford besides the well known other names. The place is beautifully decorated and very neat and clean. The service is great and always with a smile. The food is all 5 star. We had masala dosa, onion rava masala, kesari halwa, coffee, rasam etc and everything was simply delicious. I asked them to reheat the Rasam as it wasn’t hot and they were very happy to do so

Was heading to another place then saw their advert on the board on Romford road, saw it had high reviews and thought to give it a try (Tuesday lunch). The servers were sweet and friendly. The menu is big and I didn't know what to order so I got a Thali. I asked about the components of the 3 available which the lady explained. Was happy with what I got (North Indian Thali which is made up of vegetarian components including a sweet dish which I think is carrot?) especially the gobi (cauliflower pieces). The only thing was that my Chapatti should have come at the same time as my Thali for the full experience. Good prices. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes. Thank you 🙂

A great place to have some nice Indian food and a wonderful dining experience , friendly staff and a great ambience. they have a wide variety of food , tired their Dahi Puri , Babycorn Manchurian and Panner Biryani . Dahi puri and Manchurian were very good , great taste and good quantity , Biryani could have been more better . And also they have sweet pan which is like icing on the cake after a proper dinner. Overall a great experience , recommended place,. for sure will visit again

This is what i call excellent quality food, i always pop in when im visiting the in laws,. Their menu is vast with just about everything you could possibly want. Take a trip, you wont be disappointed.thank you very much staff

This was my third visit to this venue. I'm very much disappointed. The first two visits were quite good (I won't say thd best). Waiting staff quick to take the order. Once the main food plate arrives and is placed on the table, the waiter disappears. You then have to wait till you see one of the waiting staff to request Knife & fork, spoons. By the time they bring the knife/fork/spoon, the food gets cold. Not a particularly good experience 😕

I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for completely vegetarian food. I wanted to eat dosa but I don’t have much knowledge so I asked for recommendations from one of the staff. Her name was Joshna. She asked my preferences and recommended me mysoor masala dosa which was really delicious. The portion was so big that I had to ask for a takeaway box to take it home. I loved the food very much. They give tap water as well. Keep up the good work the entire team and Joshna who hosted me very warmly. Will definitely visit again to try out more stuffs 🙂

The customer service at this place was excellent. We went around 7.30 on a Wednesday and got rasam, got 2 dosas, mini idly, filter coffee and the lovely Divya recommended veg Manchurian. Honestly everything was great (I would avoid the soup)! The food was fresh, authentic, tasty and filled us up without us feeling too sick. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking to try some authentic Indian food. It’s worth the journey!!! Was my first time in this restaurant yesterday, I really like the food and the atmosphere, the staff were really kind. I enjoyed the yummy dosa, pav bhaji and chilli mogo was the best.
Dosa was good, lassi was tasty and service was great, but the rice was slightly off, didn’t feel the full saffron flavour of south indian biryani. Hope the kitchen can make that possible for future record.

So we went there to eat Mysore Bondas. Continuously for a week we followed up just to eat it, but they were over all the time. Luckily yesterday we called them up and asked if Mysore Bonda is available and they said yes, we went there and ended up eating 9 plates 😆😆 The Manager did not want to disappoint us as the chutney was over so he ordered the staff to get peanut to make fresh chutney for the Bondas. Though we waited long at the end we were so satisfied, the Bondas were worth the wait.

I ordered some Chaat last night through Uber eats.
Pani Puri got messed up and the Pani leaked in the overall pack - we had to eat panipuri without Pani. They've given two different Pani but both leaked.
Bhelpuri - it was very dry and too spicy. There was no tamarind/sweet sauce/green sauce in it too.
Samosa Chaat - the curd used was curdled and it gave a bad odour and taste. Samosa Chaat was messed up. Please ask them if fresh curd was used before trying that out.
Poori Masala - Good portion, but salt was lesser, however that's fine..this was much better compared to the rest. Again, the Pani from panipuri was leaked on the poori too.
We ordered pineapple kesari unfortunately they've run out of them, so someone called from the store to check if we wanted anything else. We asked them for Carrot halwa instead - it was average, less sweeter and had more ghee.

The menu is extensive, featuring a variety of dosas, rices etc . We had the pleasure of trying the Maysoor masala Dosa, which was perfectly spiced and served with an array of chutneys and sambar that complemented the dish beautifully. The portion sizes are generous, making it a fantastic value for money.Also tried their paneer 65 and Aloo papri chat.

Worst Indian food I had in London. Ordered through Uber ears. The paneeer tikka which was supposed to be succulent paneer pieces grilled on tandoor was burned and hard to chew as if they were deep fried. The noodles were soggy and topped with Indian spices instead of Schezuan sauce. The oothappam was not cooked properly. The Hot n Sour soup was so hot and spicy, I could not have it. Baby corn manchurian was also soggy instead of crispy. Please understand that pouring oil does not make food tasty. overall a very bad experience from this restaurant and all the hype on social media about this restaurant is not justified.

I have ordered a too good to go bag the items they gave me in the bag is stale upma which is like cold upma and other item is cabbage curry what should i do just with the curry itself and reheated the yesterdays rice and gave to us i know its a surprise bag the quantity will be less but all they gave me was upma which is yesterdays food

I recently dined at your restaurant and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic things throughout the meal. Communication from the staff was poor, making the experience even more frustrating.

I visited with my friend, are mood was just messed up but they changed our mood with amazing service atmosphere and food obviously. Great experience here, our new favourite place from now onwards. Just one suggestion is you guys got every food variety from all the way from India plz add Punjabi food as well like Makki di roti and saag and lassi as well.
Great visit to this new restaurant. Loved it and will come back. Room for improvement would be that I had to ask twice on the status of one of my main courses and both times was told 2 minutes. Which we all know never will happen. And it didn't. It took a further 10 mins, after the second time of asking. At which point my main had arrived and I was nearly finished. No doubt this restaurant will improve here, but I look forward to returning.
We had Mysore masala dosa, chilli gopi and aloo parotta. Dosa was simply perfect. The masala was evenly applied throughout and the flavour of chilli gopi was perfect. Aloo parotta was good. The best part was the filter coffee which was really strong and it made my day. Overall the best food.

We visited Yummy Dosa for the first time around 3:00 PM for lunch. The ambience was pleasant, and it wasn’t too crowded, with a few seats available. However, the table we chose hadn’t been cleaned. We waited for over 10 minutes, but no one attended to us. After repeatedly asking the passing staff to clean the table and bring us a menu card, it took three attempts before someone finally instructed another staff member to clean our table. It took more than 20 minutes just to get the table cleaned and receive a menu card.
We ordered the Kalyan Bojanam meals and a few other items. After about 10 more minutes, they began serving us. However, after laying out a banana leaf and all the side dishes, they informed us that they were out of white rice and suggested vegetable rice instead. I really don’t understand why they didn't know this before serving the side dishes, and how I was supposed to eat a South Indian meal with vegetable rice. I didn’t see the value in paying £12 for vegetable rice, but I had no choice but to eat it and still paid the full price. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to clarify what was included in the Bojanam combo. It was only after we finished our lunch that we realized they hadn’t even served us water. We have ordered a Dhai puri, Aloo Papadi chat and pav bhaji. Dahi puri and papadi chat feels the same taste no difference. And the fillings are tasteless. pav bhaji, the gravy is like tomato curry which they have added pav bhaji masala for flavour. Not upto the mark. But the presentation of food is excellent. The ambiance is both beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in. Manager Venkat stands out for his friendliness and hospitality. On his recommendation, I tried the Long Plain Dosa, which was superbly tasty and crispy, enhanced with added ghee, satisfying both my taste buds and appetite. My favourite item, however, is the Idli, which is a must-try at Yummy Dosa. Additionally, there are many other delicious items on the menu, all offered at reasonable prices. This place is going to give serious competition to the popular outlet Saravana bhavan opposite to it. The weekend buffet is a good concept (though I wished they had a few more options). Dosas, Vadas, chutney and sambhar were proper quality and not the low grade buffet standard. Bite size servings meant no wastage. Also loved the filter coffee. Highly recommend the place on the quality and price point.

I opted for the in-house live dosa station catering for my event. Venkat(manager) has been extremely understanding, helpful, and accommodating with my last-minute request. Raja Upendra (chef) was amazing in his job. He was super fast in making dosas. It was a live station, so he was making as per the demand. There were a number of options to choose, and the chocolate dosa was no doubt a hit. Pavan came with the cheff as a helper. He was polite and smiling throughout. Great food.. much better than the world famous Saravana Bhavan… every dish we had from Yummy dosa was Yummy, not just the Dosa😊
The service was terrible and extremely slow. We had to wait very long time even for a plate of idly. We went with family and friends to enjoy dining together, but they delivered our order in bits and pieces, forcing some of us to eat while others were still waiting for their food
Cream of tomato soup was bit too salty for my taste. Red and Green chutney are very good for masala dosa. Good service from Sumita , she even helped to take pics.

Great Food. Fantastic Service. We have visited this restaurant twice in the last one month. Both times had a very positive experience. The décor and atmosphere is very nice with great music playing (although a little loud). The manager, Venkat, is very polite and friendly and the server second time visit, Harika, was also very friendly and helpful. We have tried several dishes but the Chilli Paneer and Mysore dosa are really good. The paneer noodles are also very tasty. All in all, very nice restaurant. Strongly recommended for pure veg dishes. We will definitely be going back again.

The most diabolical manchurian dish to be served coupled with disgusting management service. The previous chef made good dishes, since this new chef has arrived, his food is uneadable. When dining in at the restaurant once, manchurian was first served burnt and when served second time it was too oily and chilly. Upon the waitress seeing the bad condition of the dish she provided a refund with a guarantee that dishes onwards will be served like the previous chefs.

Average tasting food. Service was very slow and poor. Trlugu thali was not introduced when we came specifically for that. They will charge you for every extra you ask. The exchange mall car parking offer is a scam. You have to produce a receipt get your car and then claim the parking money.! Sorry to say. Very poor service. Not coming back.
Surprised by how well it was decorated inside. The restaurant is spacious and well lit and is decorated keeping cultural tastes in mind. The service was also fast and staff were courteous. Food is reasonably priced with generous portions. Dosas are the star item here but the weekend brunch seems like a good deal to try a wider variety of items.

Really nice little place! Thought we’d give it a go as it seemed new. The food was lovely, much better and tasted fresher than some of the more popular competitors. The naans were lovely, not doughy and thick. Really thin and soft. Only small issue was the passion fruit juice - it had a funny taste to it, maybe salt?! Other than that, service was great - efficient and friendly and the manager came across really humble. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

We ordered a very good masala dosa and very good haka Noodles. The service was so good and they got my food in 5 minutes. The Staff were also very kind and caring. Spent £30 on take out. Was disappointed there was no chutneys or salad etc with the starters and main. The papri chaat was not chaat at all there was no yogurt or chutney etc. very dry and small portion. The Punjabi karai paneer was ok.

It's a recently opened restaurant and we went there for the first time. Amazing good, super tasty and importantly super fresh. Everything served was so hot and nice. We ended up ordering so much dishes just because of the food quality, and excellent service. Leaving the restaurant with our hearts and stomach too full, definitely will come back again and again. Yummy Dosa has potential with its delicious food, but the service time is a significant drawback. To get lunch at a reasonable hour, you practically have to arrive in the morning to avoid the lengthy delays. The management's inefficiency is evident, and this issue urgently needs addressing. Despite the tasty dishes, the experience is marred by the extremely poor management and long wait times. If these service issues are resolved, Yummy Dosa could truly shine.

We visited yummy dosa for the very first time. The food was really nice, specially podi masala was amazing. We ordered apple juice for the kid which was really worth it, purely fresh. Fantastic food! I’ve had food at many Indian restaurants like Mumbai Local and Sarvana Bhavan! I must say the food here in comparison was excellent! Authentic, tasty, a fantastic variety and very reasonably priced aswell! The Dahi puri was absolutely delicious!

I visited Yummy Dosa on Cranbrook Road in Ilford, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The Mysore Dosa was one of the best I have ever had - perfectly crispy and packed with flavour. The Masala Dosa was generously sized and wonderfully crispy as well. Every bite was a delight!

I have visited yummy dosa for dinner and I have dosa and chole Bhature. The coconut chutney was spoiled and the same thing has been informed to the waiter they replaced the coconut chutney after 10 minutes. By the time I received the fresh coconut chutney my dosa got soggy.
In chole Bhature the chick peas curry was full of water and there is no chick peas in it and I will definitely not visit this place again nor recommend to my friends as well.

I should not give one star for the dinner I ordered today.Despite the fact that the restaurant was not crowded, my order of paneer tikka masala arrived in 20-30 minutes.The paneer was so tough that it couldn't be sliced with a knife; I'm not sure if it was paneer or something else. I complained, and they gave me the other one. Surprisingly, this time it went quickly, so before I took a bite, I checked the paneer, which was still the same. As if I had been given the same name .100 points to the chef at this restaurant for not even checking to see whether the paneer was cooked. It wouldn't cook since it wasn't paneer.

This time we tried Paneer Chilli, Rava Masala Dosa and the Cheese Mysore Masala Dosa again. Paneer Chilli and Rava Masala Dosa was veey good but the Cheese Mysore Masala Dosa was better the first time.

A few people told me to try it, and came with family, The welcome was good, however the service was bad and we had to wait 20 mins before taking our orders. Starter came first before the drinks and then they forgot about the drinks.... On top they even missed one starter dish and never said anything until we said to cancel the dish. The starter was the same as the mains okay not the great.
I couldn’t be happier if I don’t come here. I had brunch with my friends. I felt like home and anywhere I’ve never been in London all at once.

I have never been made feel so good that I write review in the restaurant itself. Tried onion uttapam and gobi Manchurian here and can say both were amongst the very best I ever had. Could almost say, if you haven’t been here, you are missing out something in life.

I have never been there before and the food was fresh and delicious. It makes my mouth tingle, just thinking of this wonderful experience and I will definitely go back there again.
We dined at your restaurant 20th May and had mixed experiences. The ambience was nice, with comfortable seating and clean restrooms. We were greeted warmly and offered seats promptly. The background music added a pleasant touch to the atmosphere.
However, we encountered several issues with the food and service. We ordered Paneer 65, which was over-fried and initially served without any ketchup or sauce. We had to request it from the waitress. For the main course, we had Chettinad Masala Dosa and Paneer Masala Dosa. Unfortunately, I found a bug in my dosa. This was quite disturbing, and we immediately called the waitress and manager, who took the dosa away and apologized due to this My wife could only eat half of her Paneer Dosa and left half.
Although the staff offered several complimentary items to make up for the situation, we declined and decided to pay the bill and leave.We still paid for Paneer 65 and Paneer Dosa.Our dining experience was severely affected, and upon reaching home, I felt unwell and vomited.

For the main course, we had Chettinad Masala Dosa and Paneer Masala Dosa. Unfortunately, I found a bug in my dosa. This was quite disturbing, and we immediately called the waitress and manager, who took the dosa away and apologized due to this My wife could only eat half of her Paneer Dosa and left half.
Although the staff offered several complimentary items to make up for the situation, we declined and decided to pay the bill and leave.We still paid for Paneer 65 and Paneer Dosa.Our dining experience was severely affected, and upon reaching home, I felt unwell and vomited.
We were very excited to try your restaurant, but unfortunately, this experience has left us disappointed. We will likely return to Saravana Bhavan, where we have consistently had better experiences since last 12 years.
The food has authentic flavours, tastes really good and being pure veg is an added advantage.
Had been there yesterday with family and friends. Ambience was good... courteous and friendly staffs. The food was fresh and kindled the taste buds. Pani puri n dahi puri was 👌 dosas were just yummilicious. Will visit again soon.😊
good food, although its a dosa place they do others, unfortunately they didnt have any Pau Bhaji which i was looking forward too, in any case i did enjoy their dosa's. I didnt enjoy their noodles i had the hakka noodles without onion and garlic, normally its should be tasty but didnt enjoy that.

We've been here twice already and will definitely be back! Ordered the chili mogu both times. There's soooo many options, Manchurian dosa was my favorite. Staff was very helpful with us too, we had a wheelchair and a pushchair and they made space for both. Definitely recommend!

We went for the weekend Tamil breakfast and it was amazing. The pongal was my favourite with the sambar and vadai. We also got dosai, idly and amazing kesari. The masala tea was also really good. My husband tried to the filter coffee which was also strong and tasty. Everything was exceptional. 👌🏼

I tried Yummy Dosa Restaurant for the first time today and I was not disappointed. Food was excellent quality, service was even better. The restaurant manager and our waitress Kajal were very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is inviting and I can confidently say that I will be returning here again and again. It lives up to its name, very Yummy Dosa! The mushrooms were also extremely addictive. 10/10.

I recently visited a newly opened restaurant in Ilford which provides another option for vegetarians in the area. We ordered the Chilly Garlic Podi Dosa but it did not live up to our expectations. The dosa was thick and slightly burnt, lacking the desired crispness.
However, the ambience is amazing with spacious seating capacity. The staff was courteous, but slightly confused with orders as multiple waiters served our table. While there is room for improvement for a better dining experience, I would like to give this restaurant another chance.

Impeccable customer service made our dining experience delightful. The ambiance is inviting,setting the mood perfect. And the food….EXCEPTIONAL!!! Dosas were a culinary masterpiece. A must visit for those craving exceptional Indian cuisine and impeccable hospitality 😍

This restaurant is absolutely amazing from the atmosphere to the presentation to the food. I absolutely love this place. The employees were incredibly sweet and friendly. The food was also very tasty and will definitely come back
Great new place, tasty and affordable vegetarian food. Menu is a little unclear* but the staff are really friendly so I recommend just asking if you don’t know what things are!

We were attended to by multiple waiters, yet our orders were consistently mixed up or forgotten, a frustration echoed by other tables around us.
Our order arrived a staggering 30 to 35 minutes late, with an additional 10-minute wait for our chai. To make matters worse, the cutlery was smudged with fingerprints, and the plates seemed questionable, with water stains that left us uneasy about the hygiene standards.
The inexperienced waitstaff failed to deliver the level of service one would expect from a restaurant aspiring to be ahead of their “ahem ahem” named competitor.
However, despite these shortcomings, I believe Yummy Dosa has the potential to improve. My advice to the management would be to prioritize hiring experienced staff, focus on enhancing hygiene standards, and reconsider their plating options to ensure a more comfortable and appealing dining experience for patrons.
Despite the initial setbacks, I am willing to give Yummy Dosa another chance and hope to see positive changes implemented by the management in the near future.

We had a lovely lunch at yummy dosa. Truly yummy with generous proportions and great service. Monika went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable happy with our food. 5 stars for sure
